Real Estate Appraisals

Equipment and Machinery Valuation
In the appraisal of business assets, equipment valuation is often required. Depending on the type of business, the Subject Company may have substantial equipment assets-manufacturing machinery, vehicles, tools, and other assets used in the company's daily operations.
There are several reasons a company might need to have an equipment valuation performed. A value might need to be established for insurance purposes, or for a purchase or sale.
Property tax assessments are based on current values, so a company might also seek Periodic equipment valuations as equipment ages; depreciation may allow the company to reduce its tax assessment.
Auctioning Services
Auction a property, equipment, machinery, vehicles and scraps. (SMC) is registered to auction all the later with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as appraisers according to the law No.100 for the year 1957, we precede the following:
Take the necessary procedures in coordination with most famous daily newspapers for publication of the relevant advertisements, according to the value and volume of the transaction
Publish the brochures to be distributed among the interested in such type of sales to assure the maximum audience for the sessions for appropriate prices traded in the market.
Oversee the operations of classification and numbering for the items raised for sale in the form of homogeneous lots if requested to do so.
Print the book of terms and conditions, figuring the numbers of lots separately to be distributed to the session's audience.
The company has the right to accept or reject any tender without any objection by our side.
Receive the primary and final down payments, charges of relevant authorities, commercial taxes under the supervision of the supporting company unless otherwise is agreed upon between us.
Loan Supervision
Since our firm has a number of consultants accredited by the Central Bank in accordance with the decision of the bank's board meeting on 18/4/2006 and that since we have the expertise, competence and adequate resources can be used successfully through our service.
We provide technical progress report on initial status of the project; reviewing the feasibility study of the development project, verifying the investment cost and its assumptions; verifying the project's timeframe.
Presenting quarterly progress reports analyzing completion rates, incurred expenses etc.
Inheritance Distribution
Inspection, inventory, appraisal, valuation and division of the assets of the inheritance to set a market value for it and determine the shares and distribute it to each inheritor according to the legal shares
